Refund & Cancellation Policy

At CarRentalGlobe.com, we aim to offer a flexible and transparent cancellation and refund process.

1. Cancellation Policy

Free Cancellation

  • Cancellations made 24 hours before pickup are eligible for a full refund.

Late Cancellation

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before pickup may be subject to a cancellation fee.

No-Show Policy

  • If a customer fails to pick up the vehicle without notice, no refund will be issued.

2. Modification Policy

  • Booking changes depend on vehicle availability.

  • Additional charges may apply if rates differ.

3. Refund Timeframe

Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

4. Non-Refundable Charges

Refunds may not apply to:

  • Insurance

  • Add-on services (GPS, child seat, toll pass)

  • Administrative or processing fees

5. Early Return of Vehicle

Returning the vehicle earlier than the scheduled drop-off time may not result in a partial refund.

6. Force Majeure

Certain conditions (weather issues, disasters, government restrictions) may affect bookings. In such cases, special consideration may be provided.
